Yes. The majority of my studio work is done remotely.

Pro Tools Cloud Collaboration is an option as well.

For mixing/mastering services, what is the best way to deliver files?

Dropbox, or Google drive are easy enough.

I prefer that you export/bounce your tracks at 24bit/48,000kHz WAV format.
